RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rendez Vous Home we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you inspect any goods before you make your purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. Please choose carefully as refunds may not be provided where you have a change in mind or made a wrong selection.

Goods may be returned within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid. We also cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. All final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

An original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your purchase, as soon as the goods are returned to the store where they were originally purchased and have been inspected.

Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note, there may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.
